Overview of Position:
The Marketing Specialist will assist the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with marketing administrative duties, editing, financial invoicing and reallocations, market research, website updates and design, marketing and media initiatives, advertising, graphic design, internet marketing, analytics, multimedia presentations, publicity, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a positive advocate for our mission who can design campaigns to excite prospective students.
Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field • 3+ years experience in a marketing role • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish • Outstanding management and planning skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proficient in using computer software (which usually includes Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel, and others applicable to the operation) • Positive public relations and interact effectively with diverse levels of students and internal and external customers • Familiarity, adequate experience, and knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and others • Thorough knowledge and understanding of several marketing elements and market research methods • As an online marketing specialist, self-management, time management, organizational and detail-oriented skills are expected to complete tasks on time
